How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy! When you have decided what you would like to purchase, just click Shop and you will be directed to my Folksy shop!  With personalized items, please tell us what letter/numbers you wish or length of chain via the comments box.

How do I make a payment?

Little Moxie accept payments using PayPal through Folksy. When you go to the Checkout page it will automatically take to to PayPal secure payments page. If you do not already have an account with PayPal then no problem, You do not need a PayPal account to make your payment! PayPal simply handle the payments. When you get to the payment screen click on the button labelled 'if you do not have a PayPal account click here' and you will be given the option to pay without needing a PayPal account.

Little Moxie also accept cheques and Postal Order. If you wish to send a cheque or Postal order please select this option when at the Checkout page or contact us on

Delivery of goodies!

All items come wrapped in Little Moxie stamped boxes, envelopes or tissue paper with a gift tag.

All purchases under £30.00 are sent standard Royal Mail post.

Please note that the gold plated custom-made items from the ‘Treasured’ collection can take up 10 working days to be made.

Standard First Class package: (Non traceable and requires no signature on delivery)

Recorded First Class package: (Traceable and requires signature on delivery)

Most orders will take 3 - 5 working days for items to be posted.

Please allow 10 - 14 working days for gold plated ring orders to be delivered.

Do you refund?

Little Moxie want you to be happy with your order, but if you aren't pleased let us know! Please contact us via email.

We will refund you if you are not happy with your purchased items (not including postage cost). Please return item to us in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt. We can only refund goods that are returned in the condition they were sent.

Little Moxie cannot accept responsibility for postage fees or for any items damaged, lost or stolen.

How do I know the right size?

Some of Little Moxie’s products are one-off's, and so multiple items can not be ordered. However, if there is a specific item you wish to order more of please contact  Little Moxie by email.
